Finding a Tenant
Finding the best tenant for your property is our priority, from sophisticated screening of tenants, financial checks and our interview process, we ensure that you get only the best suited tenant. Keeping long term tenants means fewer vacancies for your property.
A thorough report of the condition of the property before tenants move in, documenting everything from floors to walls to appliances, to ensure that your property is kept in good condition and upon vacating, ensures the tenants leave your property in the same condition. We provide photographs of the property before, and during routine inspections.
We offer 3 on-site inspections per year to ensure that your property is being maintained and provide you with photographs and comprehensive reports so you can see that your property is being taken care of.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for arrears. Our arrears control process involves checking for arrears daily. Once a tenant is more than 3 days behind on their rent, we commence correspondence to ensure the arrears are addressed or further action is needed to be taken.

Self Managing Landlords
For landlords who chose to self manage, we offer Let Only services. We market the property and hold up to three viewings per week if required. All potential tenants go through our sophisticated screening service to ensure they are suitable for the property.
