Over January to December 2021 we chose to raise
funds to purchase AED (defibrillators) and
distribute them to organisations throughout
our community that would benefit most
from them. This is part of the initiative
“Heart of the Nation” that recognises
businesses, organisations and community groups
who demonstrate that they take the prevention of
sudden cardiac death seriously by having an AED
on site.

Heart of the Nation also aims to educate
organisations and individuals on the importance of
having AED's on site and accessible when they're
needed - as was the case when Greg's (from the
Wiggles) life was saved by an onsite AED in January
2020.
