Terms and Conditions for First National Real Estate Murwillumbah Promotion

Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 1st June 2024 to 31st August 2024.

Eligibility:

1. New Management Agreements:

-         Any new management agreements signed up during the promotion period will receive a complimentary Glow Rhodes Firepit once the property is leased.

-         If the property is not leased and is withdrawn from management, the firepit offer is not valid.

-         There is a total of 20 Glow Rhodes Firepits available for this promotion, given on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Rental Appraisals: All rental appraisals conducted during the promotion period will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a Glow Rhodes Firepit.
2. Exclusion from Draw: Clients who receive a Glow Rhodes Firepit by signing a new rental management agreement during the promotion period are not eligible to enter the draw for the firepit.

Draw Details:

1. Draw Date: The draw will take place on 5th September 2024.
2. Winner Notification: The winner of the firepit draw will be notified via contact details provided during the appraisal process.

General Terms:

1. Promotion Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by First National Real Estate Murwillumbah.
2. Non-Transferable: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services.
3. Right to Amend: First National Real Estate Murwillumbah reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. Disqualification: First National Real Estate Murwillumbah reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if there is a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has otherwise engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
